At Hallmark Fire we provide dedicated sales, design and project teams along with a small works and systems alterations division.
The design team produces through system designs and proposals to meet necessary standards and client requirements. These will usually be support by CAD drawings, schematics and technical literature. Our CAD facilities also allow for production of design drawings, record drawings and 'as fitted' drawings for all current contracts
The sales team work closely with the project team, ensuring smooth progress from tender and design to contract completion. An appointed Project Manager will co-ordinate and manage the entire electrical/mechanical installation, commissioning, testing, client training and handover, whilst a fully trained team of installation and commissioning engineers carry out the works with the minimum of disruption
Subequent system upgrades, extensions, additions and reconfiguration can be carried out quickly and efficiently under the guidance of the Systems Alterations Division.
